The property is spread over three floors, the first there is an atrium with vases and colorful flowers all year round; on the second floor are two rooms with separate entrance, the breakfast room and a spacious veranda where, in summer, breakfast is served.
On the third floor there is an attic, Mansarda room very private, with a bedroom, bathroom with shower and private terrace.
Among the services offered there is a rich breakfast with local products, homemade cakes, a sublime espresso of a local producer and especially the smile and warmth that the people of Lecce can offer to the guests.
